The U.S. champion retained the title when he beat David Otunga. Daniel Bryan defeated Kofi Kingston. After the match was over, Bryan tried to put a submission lock on Kingston, but the World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus came to his rescue. In tag-team action, The Great Khali and his partner The Big Show defeated the tag-team champions Primo and Epico with their manager Rosa Mendes. Lord Tensai defeated John Cena in a Extreme Rules match, when Tensai spewed a green mist into the eyes of Cena. All the matches were held at the O2 Arena, in London, England.
