PRICE:
The open (or monthly rate) per “realty listing” page is $100. Realtors signing an annual contract (no guide in December or February) will receive “realty listing” pages for $85 per page. That price is less than $1.53 per inch. Realtors must keep all business accounts with The Inter-Mountain within the existing credit policy to be eligible for participation. This pricing is only available to licensed realtors.
Realty listing pages must be purchased in two-page increments and must feature listings on at least 50 percent of the space. Pages with less than 50 percent listings will be billed at the display-advertising rate.
We encourage realtors to allow enough room on pages for photos and descriptions. The minimum size for listings featuring a photo is 3 inches wide and 2.5 inches deep and there is a limit of 12 photo listings per page. The smallest type acceptable for any style listing is 8 point.
All realtors purchasing pages in the monthly guide will receive “button” advertising on TheInterMountain.com. Each page purchased in the print guide includes 1,250 impressions for the on-line link. In addition, the print guide, in PDF form, will continue to be placed on the web site as a reader enhancement. This PDF version is at no charge to the realtors or advertisers.
Purchase 6 pages any month for $75 per page.
DESIGN:
The entire guide will be printed on premium newsprint. The realtor’s current page layout or pre-designed templates are acceptable. Realtors can change page layout monthly but additional design charges are possible.
DEADLINES:
The Inter-Mountain production cycle will be 10 workings days. As an example: Page reservation would be on Monday. Copy must be submitted to The Inter-Mountain by Wednesday. All proofs out within 8 days (no later than Thursday of next week) for one 24-hour proof and returned no later than Friday at 5 p.m. Corrections after initial copy is turned in to The Inter-Mountain is for typos only. This is not a time to change pages and listings.
Please note: If the size of the guide continues to grow, The Inter-Mountain reserves the right to adjust this schedule to allow for adequate time for design and production.
A standard make-good policy would be adopted: If The Inter-Mountain, after proofing, makes a significant mistake in a single listing on a page, the realtor is billed for the page but the listing runs in The Inter-Mountain’s Homes on the Market for one week at no charge. If a page is left out of the guide or a wrong page runs, the realtor is not billed and is given the opportunity to run the page in The Inter-Mountain at the Home Buyers price.
We want to make sure the realtors are aware that copy, proofs and changes can be made via email. Those should be sent to the sales representatives, not to the design department.
DISTRIBUTION:
The Home Buyers Solution will be inserted in The Inter-Mountain each month near the first Friday of that month; however, that date will be adjusted – when possible - to allow for earlier distribution for holidays and special events as a benefit to the realtors. The Inter-Mountain retains the right, however, to determine the exact distribution date.
Each realtor participating in that month’s guide will receive 100 office copies per month.
In addition, The Inter-Mountain will handle distribution to at least 15 sites in the nine county area. The board or individual realtor can request additional copies for special events; however, depending on the number requested, there may be an additional charge per guide.
