All you have to do is drive around Elkins and you will see people walking around like zombies with no teeth very skinny and soul-less they are everywhere. it's a shame on welfare and usually with kids our society has gone to hell. Lookout Elkins the break-ins and crime are only going to get worse.

I thought Buckhannon was bad, but it seems Elkins has a met lab on every street. Law enforcement needs to make it so hot for them, that they move clear out of West Virginia. Keep them in jail when they are put there, make the penalty as strict as the law allows and cut out the early release from prison. The people know they will walk in one door, and out the other. Until the penalties make it prohibitive to produce this stuff, it will never end.
