If your disabled and a senior citizen this is a good thing but not much help (100.00). But if your on welfare or Public Assistance it is my understanding you get all your heat and fuel paid? PLus commodities (flour, cheese, meat and etc)? I know people up in Beckys Creek that sell firewood, live off welfare, drive new cars, hunt 24/7/365 and fish also. All kinds of meat, fish and food. House so warm they run around in shorts when its below zero out. When you have old people who have to wear coats and sweaters and long underwear inside due to not having enough money to pay the fuel and electric bills.
