It is good Phares is now dwelling on education and not LEVYS. I have read and reread this article to see if I could find hidden agenda's on his Modus Operandu on LEVYS! But I didn't see it. I bet he has given them in Charleston a lesson on how to "flease" the citizens in future LEVYS but thats just my opinion. Once I see or have been taken by someone, I never forget them! School Reform should be "on-going" and something already happening? Folks, the LEVY money was spent before it was collected and plans for more were discussed and implemented. Free Money.."Like Hitting The Lottery" one principal said! I sure hope the IM keeps on top of the LEVY Funds! Where is it today? Who is getting it and How Much is going to Schools as designed? You may be surprised where it is going!
