Well this article is not truthful. Which is it? It cannot be both. First it states 'every dollar' will go in the area' and then last few sentences state it will be "divided" between here and across the entire country. I'm guessing the journalist was not too quick to pick that up and uh, maybe like a journalist.....ask questions about the obvious contradiction??????
