Schools not setting good financial example

It is no wonder so many young West Virginians don’t understand how to manage money. Too often, their school administrators don’t set a good example....

Cutting employees/teachers sometimes can not be done unless you close a school or two. And the counties do not want to do that. So the problem is much bigger that you suggest. Closing schools is not what the public wants. And most of these counties will do whatever it takes to avoid that issue.
