What a monumental waste of time. If half the energy wasted playing games was channeled into learning a trade or furthering an education, we would have the smartest kids in the world. Instead, millions of man-hours are wasted each day sitting in front of a television playing games. I know kids who get in from school and the 1st thing they do is head to the playstation. On weekends, same thing. They never go outside or do anything productive, and they'll throw one heck of a fit if mom makes them shut it iff long enough to eat or do something around the house.
To many, it's a addiction. My best friend is the same way, and he's 57 years old. Every waking moment he's not working, he's sitting in front of the television gaming. As far as I'm concerned, games are nothing more than a diversion from reality and a total waste of time and energy.
