O.K. Elkins City Council, follow the lead of the Railyard Project and the rails to Trails Project, apply for and receive a federal (taxpayer money) grant to purchase and then, after the purchase, apply for and receive another Federal Grant (more taxpayer money) to upgrade/rehabilitate the facility. Then, loose money ever year operating and maintaining it. Now purchasing and maintaining that White Elephant makes perfect sense---to a pefect idiot.
