PSC joins train accident investigation

The West Virginia Public Service Commission has joined the investigation into last week's accident between a logging truck and a passenger train in southern Randolph County....

You could scribble some lines on a piece of graph paper and say signals worked here ---the train braked here---yada yada and these untrained INVESTIGATORS covering for the state would have clue. WHERE is the FRA and NTSB we are paying millions---not that it makes a difference they just pull a excuse out of a file cabinet to cover for the railroads anyway.
