All this is is some radical progressives on the left attempting to get what they want through the same channels our current president and his radicals go through. Smoke and mirrors. Just scream something and hope it sticks. Isn't that the way the country's being run now by Obama? Same thugs; can't wait for this Thugocracy to be over.

To prevail in a lawsuit you must file, go to a hearing (if its not dismissed)which normally it will not be since all sides has to answer and have a hearing then the judge will decide if it will go to trial. First, I hope the plaintiff's get a lawyer out of elkins. A law firm that is good or even better. It amazes me why the citizens/taxpayers have not filed a "class-action" law suit against the assessor and commissioners for assessments that are false! Talk about non-profits stealing funds, the BOE, Commissioners and others are taking tax assessment funds by assessments that are blatantly over what they are should. I certainly hope Mark Brady is up & up with his hiring and didn't do anything wrong. He came from a humble family. Paul Brady and his wife were good people. I mean Paul Brady Senior. Preacher Brady's son.

Lawsuit is going nowhere. Get over it whiners. It will come out 'why' she was fired and am sure there was a legitimate reason.

The lawsuit is laughable; especially where she 'claims' she's so distraught that her husband is suffering also due to her not being capable of showing affection to him. Bwahaha...oh PLEEASE....

Anyhow ... I think Brady, the same sheriff that felt it necessary to go out of state to hire 2 deputies rather than hire 2 local residents should also explain to his employers (we the taxpaying citizens) as to the motivation and reasoning behind the personnel demotions and promotions in the tax office ...

Corruption in Randolph county Sheriff's dept. couldn't hold a light to the corruption in the Upshur county Sheriff's office and county commission.
