Oh, wonderful. Give more money to the same people who have been sitting on their ass, not looking for a job for the last 4 years, while our taxes go up to pay for it. You'd think at least one of these idiots would get it. You don't hand out free money and not expect them to look for employment, because they will do exactly what they've been doing, sitting on their ass taking a 4 year vacation, while the rest of us work trying to make ends meet. It must be nice to have a 4 year vacation where you can go hunting or fishing when you like, sleep in on nasty days, or just lie around packing on the pounds at our expense. Of course, both Manchin and Rockefeller would support it. After all, WV is a welfare state.

The bad news: Billions more in taxpayer dollars without any cuts in massive federal waste to pay for it! The good news: Rocky will not be in the senate after 2014! What a waste of potential this man's legacy will be. And, to repat yesterday's post, one would believe that an elected U.S. Senator would know that it is already illegal to draw both SS Disability or even workers comp. while receiving unemployment benefits! Surely an astute politician that wets his finger to check the political wind then, runs to get out in front of the herd would do some fact checking before making such a statement. But, it is Manchin and to be expected. Collectively, we begin 2014 by accumulating more massive debt, with no impetus to either eliminate some of it or even contol massive spending of money the federal gov't does not have!
