Do the buses in Barbour County not have the stop-arms that have cameras in them that takes a picture of idiots like that? If they don't I suggest that some of the money that they get is put on new buses. This is not about the money it is about the children's saftey and these people that are risking children's lives need to be charged. I am sick of all the selfish inconsiderate gotta hurry to the store to spend my welfare or buy my drugs or I am late for work idiots out there. All I gotta say is "GET YOUR LAZY A** UP EARLIER"!!!!!
