Try re-reading the article. They're not 'trying to let this creep walk' as you put it. There are laws for 'everyone' and 'everyone' has the right to 'defend' themselves whether some like it or not. Might want to 'comprehend' what it is you're reading also. The lawsuit can continue against the 'alleged' perpertrator and not all charges were dismissed against commission or the others.

Count 12 (abuse of process) is likewise being dismissed because it does not apply to the commission by Keene's attorneys' own admission, despite the fact that her attorneys refer to "defendants" in the plural form in discussing count 12, according to Bailey's order.

See statement above? Keene's own lawyer even stated Count 12 did not apply to the commission; yet oddly mentioned them in his lawsuit against them. So...blame her attorney!

If you don't like justice and a defense being available to 'all' citizens; too bad. You're in the wrong country, although our lawless Obama/Holder thwart it.

So they are trying to let this creep walk, those are not little things to just dismiss! Before too long I'm sure the rest will slowly fall off too.
