Are they telling the kids who to go to if the 'touching' inappropriately happens to be the teacher doing it? Appears searching the internet we keep seeing more and more teachers doing just that to more students. Yet not a word about it from our legislators. Just like when an officer of the law, be it police officer, lawyer or judge...should receive even more time behind bars when breaking law because of the trust people assume they deserve....and the 'oath' they take; so, too should anyone in authority over our children be given more time than the average person, when convicted of sexual crimes against their students. But democrat leaders in WV keep silence on our most vulnerable citizens; children! Problem is getting worse and WV legislators and Governor do nothing. The silence is deafening. Why don't they care about the kids? They 'say' they do; but actions not proving it!
