Almost every day I see someone throw their cigarette butts out the car windows. Just pull up to any stop light and look over at the curb. I've voiced my opinion on " steam release" and have posted pictures. Police need to take notice and write tickets. It's littering, and its illegal. That all ends up in our streams, and rivers. The police could sit at any busy intersection, and write tickets all day long for littering, and or talking on cell phones . Maybe use the fines collected to fix the POTHOLES!

Get all the worthless dopers out of jail and put them on chain gangs ... keep them busy picking up garbage and cutting brush ... let them earn their keep!

Spouse and I were driving home one afternoon on our rural road and several feet ahead of us was two DOH workers in their vehicle....and what did we see? Two state workers throw their McDonald's bags/cups right out their window onto our road! Yep! So we sped up, got their ID truck # and called and turned them in. Uh, no they did not come back and pick their trash up. NO, I won't 'volunteer' to clean up after lazy govt workers. Let the DOH do it!
