@major you posted Well, so a liberal ACLU advocate thinks Cops are a good thing? Wait, how many of the COps were affirmative action selections? Like I said " There's no pleasing you" you remind me of Debbie Downer on the SNL skit

Imagine that! Democrats 'helping' BIG PHARMA and wealthy doctors make MORE $$$ off the backs of the working poor in a poor welfare state!

Sure, democrats, the party 'for' the people. HAHA!

Wake up morons. Vote these deceitful lefties out of office. Enough is enough. They 'claim' to care for the working poor; yet over 50 years of democrat control in WV STILL has WV citizens POOR and getting more destitute as they continue RAISING taxes and forcing prescriptions for NON-prescription meds! Just wait until there's NO aspirin or anything over-the-counter! Oh they've already discussed this remember? Dems want to pull even VITAMINS off shelves. They want to CONTROL YOU! Enjoy it sheep!

Liberals ALWAYS have an excuse for criminals' behavior and will always give out the sentencing with the bare 'minimum' they must give. It's apparent by the 'excuses' that the left in this state AND nation don't care about the people's 'safety' in this country. Nationally, Obama administration has put us in MORE danger from our enemies; well, so hasn't our STATE democrat leaders!!!

As long as we have weak judges like the one in Randolph County, nothing will happen in the fight against drugs. They need to stop worrying about over-crowding and get tough on the people who keep violating the law. There's no fear of the law left. You get arrested, sent before the judge only to be slapped on the wrist and set loose again. Even when they are caught in violation of their probation, or home confinement, nothing is done to them.

It exactly like kids these days. They know the law has them in a corner. If parents correct their kids, all they have to do is run to school and claim their parents abused them, and without question, the school takes the child's word as the truth, and they start going after their parents. This is what happens when there's no fear of authority. We see it in the law as well as the schools these days. Without order, there is chaos.

There you go blaming liberals again. You say that like the republicans have no say in any of this. Actually the police local, and state overwhelmingly support the bill requiring prescriptions for pseudoephedrine, personally I don't think it will make a big difference. If people want it they will find a way to get, by any means. Like crossing state lines. Plus the pharmaceutical company's are making millions of dollars selling it . What they do with it is not their problem, it's ours.

GOVT STOP trying to 'save' all the idiots. You cannot. If an adult wishes to ruin their life there is nothing YOU can do about it. Then there's those politicians that are only "using" this as a reason to continue their 'controlling' agenda of all of us.

Too bad many of these adults have children and their neighbors might have children as well. It's doesn't make sense to post a comment like that about meth, but you think that the government should lock people up for smoking marijuana. Your comment contradicts some of your previous comments.

Liberals still think they can "legislate" morality. Pfft!

The proof that you're not intelligent is when you continue doing the same things over & over with the same failed results.

Liberals never learn from past mistakes!

You make these lawbreakers stay in prisons LESS TAXING on citizens by making THEM pay for their own meals/stay! Then you STOP pampering prisoners with libraries, satellite tv; exercise rooms(IF libs WORKED prisoners aka 'chain gang' THIS wouldn't be needed!) and stop giving them MORE emenities than they EVER had out in the world on their own; we wouldn't have such HIGH COSTS of imprisoning the lawless. Of course liberals cater to like kind. They're always 'prepared' for day THEY may be in lockup!

If the state would stop being so lenient on drop dealers and users, there wouldn't be a need for legislation like this. We need to stop worrying about overcrowding in the prisons and get down to the nitty-gritty and make these people pay. We need to go back to the 3 strikes and you're out system, and enforce it. You get caught a 3rd time selling drugs, and you don't see the outside again. We need to build a super prison that will house about 100,000 inmates, put high voltage electric fences around it, given them a 8x10 cell, a bed, sink and toilet, put one person to a cell let them try to escape. When about 30 or so of them got fried on the fence, they rest of these dimwits would get the message that they weren't getting out unless it's feet first in a body bag.

You have to show these idiots their nonsense will not be tolerated. They'll get the message sooner or later or die trying.
