Yeah and the Intermountain like all the news media outlets today aren't being totally 'transparent' either! Otherwise they'd REPORT on Obama's 'secret' changes made in 2009 to the FOIA (Freedom of Information ACT!) In a move that went little noticed in 2009, the White House quietly amended portions of the Freedom of Information Act, making it more difficult for Americans to request public documents for review.

Too bad this media outlet and others aren't interested in Obama's ALTERING of the Freedom of Information Act in 2009!

Hypocrites in the media just playing a political game 'pretending' they care about FOIA. THEY KNOW about this altering of the Freedom of Information Act from Obama administration to BURY all forms of WH Communications of Obama's lawless administration! And they pretend they're clueless and are the other half of the PROBLEM with this country today. The media/govt working together equals misery for the public good!!! Lying isn't the only problem; WITHHOLDING information like this from the public is just as bad MEDIA!!!!!!

Remember Democrats/Obama's mantra: We'll have the Most Transparent administration ever! LIE!!!

In 2009, the WH 'quietly' Changed the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act). And of course the LIBERAL BIASED DISHONEST MEDIA kept this quiet also!

Obama administration "altered" the LAW to justify burying public documents! The 'withholding' of public docs include everything from congressional committee requests to GAO(Govt Accountability Office)requests to judicial subpeonas. It applies to ALL docs & records whether oral form, paper or electronic form.
