Move carnival to Tennerton. There's an entire HUGE parking area where 3 businesses USED to be. Ames, Pizza Hut, and Shop n Save used to be there. Only Wendlings is there now and it's huge enough to accomodate a carnival. Get it out of town!

I don't know why they couldn't start the parade on college avenue, down to East Main, up East Main, across Main Street, breaking up at Locust Street near the railroad depot. This way they could keep Route 20 open and eliminate nearly all of the traffic problem. It's a huge problem when you have people trapped in traffic on Route 20 for 4 hours while the parade is going on.
