Everyone's symtoms/risks are not same as anothers. Even doctors will admit no two people's reactions are same. And same disease can be less or more severe than anothers.

Uh, Joseph KNEW God had plans for him and he did NOT act whiney or extremely worried about his circumstances. Joseph TRUSTED God! The story is a little misinterpreted. Read the entire story, including the 'prior' chapters 'leading up' to that event; it will show you that God was happy with him. God isn't happy with whining people; that proves you do not trust what God said.

As for " People suffering advanced illnesses sometimes refuse pain medications in some sort of trade-off for the "bad things" they have done, in hopes of restitution of sorts"... this isn't true in most folks either. The REAL reason some like myself refuse some pain meds until pain is too unbearable is fact these meds have extreme WORSE effects on one than the disease itself. Cancer being one of them for painful arthritis conditions. And if you've already had cancer, your risk is triple. Sometimes 'not' taking them until it's at that unbearable point IS the right decision. Everyones symptoms/r
