I liked to check The Intermountain to keep up with the small town and people I grew up with. I was able to see how people were doing and know if the friends I grew up with still had there parents with them. It was a way to stay connected to my childhood. However, there is no way I'm paying for this newspaper. The writing is horrible, the proofing is nonexistent and quite frankly, you really have to stretch to find news. Elkins will never be the same and we have the newspaper, or lack thereof, to thank for that. P.S. For all you reading this crap about your judge and commenting on it (I have no idea who she is), most of you are behaving the same way...those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

Or just spread the word on Facebook like most people do. Oops! Did I say too much? Oh well. This tag will disappear soon anyways.

The name of the octopus is Ogden. And his tenticles are reaching throughout the state into your bank account. The day has come when we must pay for information in the age of information. How lame! If you're going to fork out money for info than just go to college instead.

Yep. If you want an example of how it will be check out the Journal in Martinsburg. You will be asked questions like: Would you like to know what's going on in your area? If so than what is your credit card number? How old are you? What is your political affiliation? If provide the wrong answer on the last question you may have problems with the comment sections. Hey, we've all played monopoly before. You know how it will be.
