Let me explain what's going on. The state DEP is cracking down on everyone except the people who were actually responsible for the spill in Charleston. Um, let's see who that was? Oh, I know, it was the state DEP who was responsible for inspecting the tanks and making sure something like this didn't happen. So now, they are up everyone's ass to hide the fact that they dropped the ball, and they're going to make everyone else pay for their stupidity. We are basically looking at a complete failure of the system, from the bottom up. No one saw the spill coming, because ho one was minding the store. Now, we have a flurry of new regulations that will put undue financial strain on everyone, simply because the DEP dropped the ball. Typical bureaucrats. Make everyone pay for their mistakes. What ever happened to accountability and oversight? I guess it went the way of common sense.
