Jeannette Conrad

Jeannette Rose Conrad, 40, of Webster Springs, died Feb. 11, 2009, in Charleston Area Medical Center at Charleston, after a sudden illness.

She was born Dec. 27, 1968, at Buckhannon, a daughter of Issac Lee Conrad of Elkins and the late Deloris Conrad.

She is also survived by her fiance, James Perrine of Webster Springs; two brothers, Mike (Martha) Workman and Robert (Carol) Workman, all of Buckhannon; and two sisters, Anita (Richard) Hubbard of Ontario, Canada, and Judy Workman of Buckhannon.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Tom Workman and William "Willie" Workman.

She had been a resident of Webster Springs since 1997 and was formerly a resident of Upshur County. She loved painting, children and cats.

Funeral services were Feb. 15 at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home in Webster Springs with Chaplain James Dyer of Cowen officiating. Interment followed in Union Cemetery at Parcoal. Dodd & Reed Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
