Lipscomb - Booth

Jennifer Nicole Booth and John Eric Lipscomb were married on May 9 at the Good Tidings Assembly of God Church on Location Road in St. George. The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Pat Cassidy.

The bride is the daughter of Steve and Rebecca Booth of Hendricks. She is the granddaughter of Lowell and Virginia Carr of Hendricks and Edwin and Wanda Booth of Parsons. She is the great-granddaughter of Catherine Bolinger of Hendricks and the late Russell Bolinger and the late Rev. Floyd and Betty Jo Carr.

The bridegroom is the son of Jo Ellen Lee of Parsons and John and Cindy Lipscomb of Location Road in St. George. He is the grandson of Sam Lipscomb of Location Road and Dorothy Lipscomb of Terra Alta, and Mary Lee of Kingwood and the late Kent Lee.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted to the altar by her father.

Serving as matron of honor was her sister, Kellie Snyder. The bridesmaid was Meredith Bennett and flower girl was Emily Snyder, niece of the bride.

Serving as best man was Jason Lipscomb. The groomsman was Aaron Smith and ring bearer was Jeffrey Snyder, nephew of the bride.

A reception was hosted at the St. George Park.

The bride is a 2005 graduate of Tucker County High School and is employed at Jim's All Star store in Bretz.

The bridegroom is a 2001 graduate of Tucker County High School and is employed at the water treatment plant for the city of Parsons.

The couple resides at Location Road.
