Carrie Lynn Baker, 26, of Clarksburg, formerly of Cowen, had her life taken tragically in July 2008.

She was born March 3, 1983, at Elkins a daughter of John C. (Virginia) Baker and the late Annette Holcomb Baker Britton.

Carrie was a fast food worker and a former member of the First Baptist Church in Cowen.

Surviving are her husband, David Williams of Norton; son, Adam Joseph Williams of Norton; sister Misty Baker of Athesn; half sister, Cheyanne Coombs of Erbacon; half brother, Dakota Coombs of Erbacon; stepsisters, Shawannah Elliott of Cowen, Crystal McClung of Craigsville and Debbie O'Dell of Craigsville; stepbrothers, William Elliott of Welch and Mikell O'Dell of Iraq; papaw, Arden Mullens of Craigsbille; mamaw, Nancy Mullens of Craigsville; uncles, Joe, Gary, Larry, Dewayne and Tim; aunts, Anita, Loretta, Carol, Janet and Genevieve; special friend, Angie Terry; mother-in-law, Linda K. Edmond of Norton; and father-in-law, Eugene Williams of Philippi.

In addition to her mother, her son, Jonathon McCloy, and grandparents, Red and Mary Tracy, preceded her in death.

Services were Saturday at Morris Funeral Home in Cowen with the Rev. Bobby Clutter and the Rev. David Terry officiating. Burial will be in the Odd Fellows Cemetery at Cowen.

Funeral services are entrusted to the Morris Funeral Home.
