Dean and Patricia "Duke" Smith celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family weekend getaway at Timberline.
The couple were married July 18, 1959, at the home of William Keller in Buckhannon. They are the parents of two daughters, Crystal Frederick and Kim Wentz of Buckhannon. They have three granddaughters, one grandson and one great-granddaughter.
Mr. Smith is retired from Peoples Insurance.
