15 young women compete in Randolph Fair pageants

The 2009 Miss Randolph County Fair and Miss Teen Randolph County Fair pageants will begin at 7 p.m. Saturday at Camp Pioneer near Beverly.
In the Miss Randolph County Division, six Randolph County ladies will be vying for the opportunity to represent the Randolph County Fair and to attend the Miss West Virginia Fairs and Festivals Pageant. Nine young ladies will be competing to become the first-ever Miss Teen Randolph County Fair.
The contestants in this year's Miss Randolph County Fair Pageant are:
Joscelyn Broschart, 16, is the daughter of Patrick and Loretta Broschart of Norton. An Elkins High School junior, she is sponsored by family and friends.
Alexandria Corcoran, 15, is the daughter of Matthew and Tina Corcoran of Elkins. An Elkins High School freshman, she is sponsored by Miller's Used Cars, D&D Lighting and Hope's Used Furniture.
Shae Dadisman, 19, is the daughter of Michelle Messer of Elkins. A certified nursing assistant, she is sponsored by Cody Cooper and family.
Cheyenne Pierce, 18, is the daughter of Larry and Debbie Pierce of Elkins. She is sponsored by Save-A-Lot.
Jascharelle Reams, 17, is the daughter of Robert and Questie Reams of Elkins. An Elkins High School senior, she is sponsored by Collins Plumbing and Heating and Carole and Gail Reams.
Andrea Warner, 16, is the daughter of Amby and Mary Warner of Beverly. A Tygarts Valley High School junior, she is sponsored by Residential Creations and Pat Lewis.
Competing in the inaugural Miss Teen Randolph County Fair Pageant are:
Jessica Anderson, 14, is the daughter of Dave and Lelah Anderson of Huttonsville. A Tygarts Valley High School freshman, she is sponsored by Anderson's Tire and Auto.
Ashad Brenwalt, 13, is the daughter of Michele Blankenship of Elkins. An Elkins Middle School eighth-grader, she is sponsored by her friends and family.
Alayna Collett, 14, is the daughter of Alan and Tricia Collett of Elkins. An Elkins Middle School eighth-grader, she is sponsored by Collett's Contracting.
Amber Marstiller, 12, is the daughter of Charles and Tina Marstiller of Beverly. An Elkins Middle School student, she is sponsored by her family and friends.
Emily McAtee, 14, is the daughter of Paul and Louise McAtee of Huttonsville. A Tygarts Valley High School student, she is sponsored in memory of her uncles, Earl and Robert McAtee.
Chenoa Pierce, 14, is the daughter of Larry and Debbie Piercean. An Elkins High School student, she is sponsored by her family.
Katie Stalnaker, 14, is the daughter of Kathryn and Wilson Stalnaker of Beverly. An Elkins High School freshman, she is sponsored by Mama's Kitchen and Cornucopia.
Shaelan Studer, 13, is the daughter of George and Linda Studer of Beverly. An Elkins Middle School eighth-grader, she is sponsored by Studer's Lawn Service.
Samantha Thompson, 14, is the daughter of Jason and Cindy Thompson of Montrose. An Elkins High School freshman, she is sponsored by Polino Contracting.
Contestants in the Miss and Teen pageants will compete in street wear, evening wear and on-stage interviews. Personal interviews of the contestants will be conducted by the judges prior to the 7 p.m. start time. Serving as emcees for the evening's pageants will be Clark Martin from WDNE and Stacey Lewis, the 2008 reigning Miss Randolph County Fair. Admission to the pageant is $3 for adults and $1 for children.
