Family and friends gathered on Aug. 23 at the Valley Head Fire Department for a surprise covered-dish dinner to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wilson Wood.
Mr. and Mrs. Wood said they received beautiful cards and gifts and had a wonderful time in fellowship and celebration.
