Work on Elkins projects to cause street closures

Motorists traveling through Elkins will once again have to find alternative routes around streets because of work related to the downtown stormwater separation project. The work will take place during the night.

On Tuesday from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Wednesday, the southbound lane of Randolph Avenue will be closed at Scott Street. Alternating one-way traffic will be maintained on the road. Scott Street from Randolph Avenue to the alley will be closed. Buffalo Street will be closed from Guy Street to Randolph Avenue.

On Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Thursday, the northbound lane of Randolph Avenue will be closed at Scott Street. Alternating one-way traffic will be maintained. Scott Street from Randolph Avenue to the alley will be closed. Buffalo Street will be closed from Guy Street to Randolph Avenue.
