Jimmy "J.D." and Delores McCollum of Buckhannon celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Sept. 12 with an open house at the home of Robert Garry McCollum in Kennewick, Wash.
The couple were married Sept. 4, 1959, in Christ Methodist Church in Denver, Colo., by the Rev. Noble H. Kime.
Mrs. McCollum is the daughter of the late Beecher D. and Ocie T. King.

Mr. McCollum is the son of the late Jim T. and Lucille McCollum.
They are the parents of Steven McCollum and wife, Vicki, of The Plains, Ohio. A son, Robert, is deceased.
The couple have four grandchildren, Shad, Katie, Alexis and Easton McCollum.
