Joyetta Eveix, a member of the Housekeeping Department, was honored as the October Employee of the Month at Alderson-Broaddus College.

An employee of the college for four years, Eveix previously worked for a sewing factory in Buckhannon for 37 years. She and her husband, Bud, live in the Volga area of Barbour County.

The A-B College Employee of the Month Program was an idea generated by a group of faculty, staff, and students to improve campus morale and recognize individual employees for their special devotion to Alderson-Broaddus College.
