INSITUTE - Lydia Bridenbaugh and Dana Hill each scored 26 points to lead Wesleyan past West Virginia State 83-78 Tuesday night in?West Virginia Conference action.

Jamie Kauffman added 8 points, while Alex Hertenstein followed with seven points for the Lady Bobcats (2-0) who led 42-30 at halftime.

Kauffman had 10 rebounds for Wesleyan.

Danielle Davis and Sandrea Coleman each had 15 points to lead the Lady Yellow Jackets (0-2).

Alixandria Barnette and Tiffany Finkton both had 14 points for State.

Wesleyan will host Charleston next Tuesday for a West Virginia Conference matchup.
