Jayme Chris Zirkle and Matthew David Swecker were married at 4 p.m. June 20 on the farm of Sandy Zirkle in Mabie. The Rev. Marshall Williams presided over the ceremony with Lois Kessler giving a special prayer blessing.
The bride is the daughter of Bill and Sandy Zirkle. She is the granddaughter of James Corley and Helen Corley, and the late Gladys and Clates Zirkle and Louise Zirkle. She is a 2003 graduate of Elkins High School, a graduate of Morehead State University and is employed at the Animal Care Center as a licensed veterinary technician.
The bridegroom is the son of Robert and Isabell Swecker. He is the grandson of Lucille Nethken and the late Harris Nethken and the late Ned and Doris Swecker. He is a 2004 graduate of Elkins High School and is employed by McWilliams Masonry.

The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents. She and her wedding party arrived to the ceremony in a horse-drawn wagon.
Serving as maid of honor was Julie Corley, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids included Katie Corley, cousin of the bride, and Jessica Workman, Amanda Taylor and Shiloh Gravatt, all friends of the bride. Flower girl was Emily Chewning, cousin of the bride.
Guest book attendants were Natasha Zirkle, sister-in-law of the bride, and Sabrina Travis and Christina Lowther, sisters of the bridegroom.
Serving as best man was Jeremy Foy, friend of the bridegroom. Groomsmen included Jason Foy, Mike Phillips, John Tallman and Rob Smith, all friends of the bridegroom. Ring bearer was John Michael Kane. Ushers were Billy Zirkle, brother of the bride, and Rodney Travis, brother-in-law of the bridegroom.
A reception was hosted following the ceremony at the Field of Fire in Mabie. It was catered by Walker Redd's catering and music was provided by Next Level Entertainment.
The couple honeymooned in Gatlinburg, Tenn., and currently reside in Mabie.
