Patricia Leabeth Rhoades and James Alan Bohon of Elkins announce their engagement and forthcoming wedding.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Emma Lois Rhoades and Roy I. Rhoades of Hambleton. She is employed by Appalachian Community Health Center of Elkins.
Her fiance is the son of June Ann Phillips of Elkins. He is employed by Armstrong World Industries in Beverly.

The wedding is planned for 3 p.m. Dec. 26 at the Destiny Tabernacle of Praise Church, 312 Wilson?St., Elkins. An open reception will follow at the church dining hall, upstairs. The Rev. Joey Rightenour will perform the ceremony.
