Josh Thorne followed with 11 points, while Tanner Sherman chipped in with 10 points for the Yellow Jackets (1-3) who led 37-14 at halftime and 50-22 after three quarters of play.

Adam Snyder added eight points and four steals, while Korey Reed chipped in with seven points for Moorefield.

Logan Stotler and Franklin Robinette had eight points each for the Pirates.

Moorefield will travel to Tucker County on Wednesday.

P.J. Turner fired in a game high 19 points and eight assists to lead the Senators (3-3).

Reggie Cook followed with 10 points for the Senators.

Davis & Elkins will travel to Ohio Valley on Saturday.
