Lisa M. Wamsley, representing the Tygart District, will seek re-election to the Randolph County Board of Education for a second term.
Proud to have been proactive in the educational developments taking place in Randolph County, Wamsley said she wishes to continue this work.
"The successful future of the children in Randolph County depends on the educational system. Numerous advances have been made to launch prepared students into the 21st century. This is an era of constant technological change, and Randolph County Schools must continue to maintain progress to be technologically competitive," she said.
As the mother of two students at Homestead Elementary, Wamsley is aware not just as a board member but as a parent of how important it is to continue to affect change in the school system.
"I want to continue my commitment to the students of Randolph County," she said. "I appreciate your continued support to serve as a member of the Board of Education."
