The bride is the daughter of Ronald and Judith Sinkule of Elkins. She is employed as a licensed clinical psychologist working in private practice and for the Women's Center in Fairfax, Va.
The bridegroom is the son of Kenneth and Susan Mossgrove of Butler, Pa. He is employed as a civil engineer by Christopher Consultants in Manassas, Va.
