Henrietta and Jack Sanders will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary April 9.
The couple were married at Zion Presbyterian Church in Helvetia by the Rev. Fred Manning.
Mrs. Sanders is the daughter of the late Mary Dulaney Betler and Henry Otto Betler.

Mr. Sanders is the son of the late Mamie Henline Sanders and Orville Sanders.
While Mr. Sanders served in the U.S. Army, the couple lived in Temple, Texas. They moved to Gainesville, Va., in 1966 and have resided in Strasburg, Va., since 1980.
