Terry and Sarah Layfield of Elkins announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Elizabeth, to Douglas Charles Kelly, son of Rex and Barbara Wiles of Terra Alta and Mike Kelly of Terra Alta.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Elkins High School and Fairmont State University with a degree in human resource management.
Her fiance is a graduate of Preston High School and Fairmont State University with a degree in accounting/finance.
