Elizabeth Ruth Cook and Perry Robert Ross Jr. wish to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Gregory Cook of Rhoadesville, Virginia, and Kelly McEnaney of Buckhannon. She is the granddaughter of Ruth Fawley of Buckhannon and the late Bob Fawley; and Lawrence and Becky Cook of Scottsville, Virginia. She is a 2010 graduate of Buckhannon-Upshur High School.
Her fiance is the son of Perry and Candy Ross Sr. of Belington. He is the grandson of Don Willis of Parkersburg and Linda Phillips of Belington.
