Mr. and Mrs. Robert Blankenship and Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Foster announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Heather Diane Bailey, to Travis Scott Morgan.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Princeton High School and is the assistant manager at Smoker Friendly No. 23.
Her fiance is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Morgan. He is a 2001 graduate of Elkins High School and is employed at Armstrong Flooring.
