Pathfinder Club forming

May 14, 2011
The Inter-Mountain
The Elkins Seventh-day Adventist Church and Highland Adventist School have joined forces to offer a Pathfinder Club program for area students in fifth through 10th grades. The club is a co-educational scouting organization that teaches its members to be good citizens, good workers and good people. Club activities include a wide variety of honor classes, camping and other outdoor events, community service and teaches Christian values. ‘Pathfindering has been around for a long time. We are really happy to be able to join with the Adventist church in offering this outstanding program for our area young people,” Highland Adventist School Principal Cheryl Jacko said. For more information on the club, including meeting times, call the school at 304-636-4274.
