Coalton High School class of 1961 celebrates 50th reunion

The Coalton High School class of 1961 celebrated it 50th class reunion at St. Patrick Parish Hall in Coalton where classmates, teachers and spouses were reacquainted during a social hour and spaghetti dinner prepared and served by members of the parish.

The class toured the former Coalton High School. They later presented Coalton Elementary School with a $400 check to be used for new lockers. Donations were made by all classmates attending, along with former teachers Barbara Blackwood Cutright and Harding Mallow and spouses. Donating, but attending, were Donald Ross, James Pingley, Ben and Pat Hall Wolfe, Dominick Ash and Carolyn Carolyn Kovalck Simmons.
