The parents of Caitlin Harris and Tommie Vo announce the engagement of their children.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Norma Harris and Randy Shreve of Cassity. She will graduate in December from Marshall University with a bachelor's degree in dietetics.
Her fiance is the son of Linh Nguyen and Tony Vo of Baltimore, Maryland. He graduated in May from Marshall University with a Regents Bachelor of Arts degree. He is now a second lieutenant transportation officer in the U.S. Army.
