Max and Ronda Smith of East Dailey announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their youngest daughter, Bobbie Jean Smith, to Cody Allen Hoover, son of Donnie and Mavis Hoover of Queens.
The wedding will be Saturday at The Hitchin Post in Belington.
