"Introducing Myself," a new exhibition open in Sleeth Gallery, features the imaginative process of one artist, Andy Bloxham, West Virginia Wesleyan's newest Art Department faculty. The show will be displayed until Oct. 20

Bloxham, assistant professor of art, earned his B.A. and his M.F.A. from Louisiana Tech University. He began teaching at Louisiana Tech University as a graduate teaching assistant during the winter quarter of 2007. By the fall quarter of that same year, he was awarded "Teacher of Record" for digital photography. By 2008, Bloxham also was teaching advanced and intermediate digital photography in addition to other photography classes for Maine Media Workshops in Rockport, Maine, during the summers.

During the 2010-2011 academic year, he was an Assistant Professor in the Visual Communications Program at Cecil College in North East, Md., where he created a new class titled "Fictional Photography."
