LaTosha Kay Hess and Bryan Dwayne Dumire announce their forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of Philip Barbour High School. She is the daughter of Crystal Hess of Montrose and Herb Short of Belington, and the granddaughter of Kay Hess of Montrose and the late Clarence Hess and and Wuanita Short of Webster Springs.
Her fiance is a 2006 graduate of Philip Barbour High School and is employed at Southern States in Philippi. He is the son of Francis "Tink" and Carol Dumire of Moatsville.

The wedding will take place at 2 p.m. Oct. 16 at the residence of Alice and Bill Shomo in Kingsville. A cookout will be hosted after the ceremony. All family and friends are invited to attend.
