A public meeting for people interested in learning more about the programs offered through the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) and the West Virginia Conservation Agency (WVCA) will be conducted at 6 p.m. Nov. 4 at the Parsons Senior Center.
Signups will be available that night. Anyone with questions about high tunnel grants, EQUIP, lime program, water source development and other farm issues should attend.
