PHILIPPI - Chris Runner tossed in 21 points to help lead Grafton to a 59-55 win over Philip Barbour Friday night in Big 10 Conference action.
Skylar Rucker added 15 points for the Bearcats, who trailed 33-31 at intermission.
"We had to make some adjustments at halftime," Grafton coach Mike Crutchfield said. "We came out and executed what we talked out about and that was key to us getting the win."

Andy Green paced the Colts (1-1, 0-1 Big 10) with 20 points.
Antonio Dalton followed with 13 points and Quinton Mouser followed with 11.
"We shot ourselves in the foot tonight," Philip Barbour coach Marcus Johnson said. "Not to take anything away from Grafton, but we gave the game away."
Philip Barbour will return to action on Wednesday when it entertains Fairmont Senior for a 7:30 p.m. contest.
Webster 53, B-U 35
TENNERTON - Brett Morris had 21 points to lead Webster County past Buckhannon-Upshur 53-35 Friday night in non-conference action.
Andrew White followed with 16 points, while Chris Miller chipped in with 12 points for the Highlanders (1-0), who finished the first half with a 19-8 run and led 28-14 at halftime,
Webster held a 39-21 advantage after three quarters of play.
Dalton Westfall had a double-double with 15 points and 18 rebounds for the Bucs (0-1).
Bub Short hit for 10 points and grabbed five caroms for Buckhannon-Upshur.
"I tought we played evenly with Webster County until they started pressing," Buckhannon-Upshur coach Eli Gurash said. "When they started pressing we struggled and couldn't get anything going."
Buckhannon-Upshur will travel to Lincoln next Wednesday for a Big 10 Conference matchup starting at 7:30 p.m.
Rubenstein 89, Harman 59
MOUNT?STORM?- Rubenstein collected an 89-59 win over Harman Friday in the Union Christmas Tournament.
Alex Armentrout paced the Panthers (0-1), who will battle WVSD in the consolation contest today, with 17 points.
Caleb Shifflett added 14 points for Harman, while Tristan Huffman tossed in 12.
