Heather Shiflett-Curry and Jason "Tiny" Louk of Parsons announce the birth of a daughter, born at 7:28 p.m. Dec. 6, 2011, in Davis Memorial Hospital. The infant weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and has been named Ragan May Louk. Siblings include sisters, Janelle and Rachel and a brother, Jason. Grandparents are Floyd and Cheri Shiflett, Tammy Smalley and Laverne Louk.
